I think it would be great if emule plus were able to autodetect (when reaching max download speed) those files that are dowloading at very low speed ( user defined, <2k for example) and pause them so more download bandwidth can be used by the "high-speed" files (which usually have several users so potentially you can download faster if more bandwidth is provided).

By doing that files could be downloaded faster!

(If for some reasons max download speed goes down for a while emule plus would resume the files paused before)
