hey guys, im going into pogramming and i was considering for a first-project to design a eMule+ mod, so...what programs do you recommend i use? Visual Studio? and what do i need to have to compile eMule+ correctly?

current settings:

OS: WinXP Pro
COMPILER: Borland C++ 5.02

Better start with something simpler. Diving straight into emule+ could be a little disheartening.

IMHO there's one 'minor issue' cool.gif with step 7. of the description above.
Crypto++ Library 5.1 should be extracted to the 'crypto51' subdirectory of the specified src directory (crypto51.zip doesn't have a top level directory), not the src directory.
