It's just eMule Plus Speed meter- self testing, searching for burned pixels
I can't reproduce it, no matter how much times I restart it. it happen every time Towelie?, there's no active transfer at the moment?, how about your statistic graphs? |

statistic graphs are afaik ok... i'll take a closer look on it, when this "problem" appears the next time... there were no active transfers .. 2 or 3 uploads which were connecting, but no up- or downloads...
and it happens on nearly every start-up... |
