Hello,
This feature filters clients that ask for non-existing files. So what happens if I remove a file from the shared files or cancel a download? Are all the clients requesting that file going to be banned (after 3 requests according to the sources)? |

Yes. What's the point in asking three times if the first answer was NO, I don't have the file.

The correct behavior of emule and emule+ is to stop asking after 1 try?
So I should leave this feature on and everything should be fine? I'm asking because I see a whole bunch of scanning clients. Thanks, |

All mlDonkey clients do that AFAIK. They even ask for files they have but they weren't related to you by a server request.
Well, I don't use it because I share a lot with mlDonkey clients... so it's your decision. |
