Outline · [ Standard ] · Linear+ Minor (But Annoying) GUI Problem

I'm using eMule Plus v1f and i noticed a small problem with the gui in the transfer
window:

when i try to drag the divider bars between d/l and u/l and details
if i move the mouse too fast the bar looses it and stops moving.

if i'm not mistaking you need to add a SetCapture() command in some
OnClick function and a ReleaseCapture in another place.

small correction:

the bar between u/l and details works fine,
only prob is with the bar between d/l and u/l
