I download new movie and can't open it.Is anybody knows how to open "FileName.TS.SVCD-loGisTic reencode.cod"

remove name please.
chances are its a bin file or a video file named differently. Try dragging it to windows media player when its open to see if it works. If it doesnt its prob a bin. |

On the file it says reencode.code9.mpg
So i do not understand how to open it, because it does not open like an mpg file. |

It could be a VideoCD image. It's better you ask where you found the link.
