Same files with different hash, same content in the file

Unregistered	Hi everybody, first of all I apologize if the same question has been answered somewhere. I did some search but I look not able to find same . If I have began a download for example of file "xysz" with an hash id 2345678 after few days I see the availability of this file to decrease and missing many parts but when I began the download the file was fully available ! Now let's say that after a while I see that a file with the same content and Mega byte sizes is available but with another HASH ID for example 568945. Is it possible to download only the parts that are missing in the first not completed download or I have to download it again from zero ? I am a newcomer so if my question is quite stupid I apologize. Thanks for an answer in advance
