... its end-bug

i am using emule plus v1 (imho the best version) and i want to fix this annoying bug in emule plus v1...

i have only basic c++ knowledge so please can someone tell me where and how to fix this bug (and please don´t tell me to use the newest version, but rather help me!) ??

why aren't u using 1G??? instead of the older 1 version?

I had this problem in the past, but i havent gotten it past the 1e versions. So try updating to the later versions.

there are many releases of eMule+ v1...
the most recent is v1G... (;

v1g isn't older then v1... v1 is older.. smile.gif

i'm not sure if this bug has really been fixed at all...
iirc, this message is produces somewhere in safememfile-class method read: afxmessage... or so (i've no code available rigth now)

grml, i meant a newer version

v1 was the first version after the v0.2x releases...

and yes v1 runs much better that v1g !!!

@ syrus: no i have win xp w/o sp1
some code would be usefull...

ok i found the "bug"

CODE

in SafeFile.cpp comment this out:

if (GetPosition()+nCount > GetLength())
       AfxThrowFileException(CFileException::endOfFile,0,GetFileName());
