This new version has only following changes from 1g version:

Fixed security issue "OP_SERVERMESSAGE Format String Vulnerability" [bond006]
Fixed security issue "OP_SERVERIDENT Heap Overflow" [bond006]
Fixed security issue "Servername Format String Vulnerabilities" [bond006]
Fixed security issue in message processing of chat [bond006]

It is important to update your eMule.exe file with this version

eMulePlus-1gR2.BinaryOnly.zip
and
eMulePlus-1gR2.BinaryOnly.AMD.zip
