eMule Plus version: eMule0.45b
Using proxy: Don't know
Firewall: Yes
CPU:
Memory:
Operating System: xp
Updated drivers
for network and video:		 Don't know

I uninstaled Emuleplus and went to eMule0.45b and now Low id problem doesnot persist

I am happy.

So my solution is go to vers eMule0.45b

The problem is your incorrect configuration, and it has nothing to do with particular client.

emule+ is developed diffrently than the offical emule project, you need to change its configuration more deeply to get it to work exactly the way you want it.
