Some minor corrections follow, first in French and then in Turkish:

IDS_STATS_UL_SESSION_B "à cause d'un bannissement"

As for IDS_ROUNDBITRATE "Round Bitrate", I'll need some help for this one: could you please explain the context? If round bitrate means more or less average bitrate, then the translation would be "débit binaire moyen". Hope these last two strings won't be too long, if they must be shortened just tell it and I'll try to butcher them a bit.

As for Turkish:

"Gizlenmiş" is more consistent with the rest of the translation and with eMule so it's better to use it rather than the previous string. Yes, I should have thought about this before, but hey...

As for IDS_ROUNDBITRATE        "Round Bitrate", I'll need some help for this one: could you please explain the context? To see both strings you click Show File Details on .avi file, then select Media Info tab. IDS_ROUNDBITRATE is "Average bitrate". It shows particular standard bitrates (e.g. 128, 160, 192, 256) instead of whatever is in the file header, for example, when it's enabled it will show "256 kbps" instead of "255 kbps".
I believe it was implemented when our code couldn't parse well AVI header, so the rate was calculated somehow, as it wasn't very accurate, this option was introduced. Now there's no much use for it.
