Hi I am new to emule after switching from kazaa lite. When I try to update the server lists either from a website or when I connect to a server it always says it has failed, why ? also It does not seem possible to download more than one file at once all the rest stay on waiting, on kazaa lite I could download many files at once.

also it keeps saying the warning about a korean locale when I am connected to a server but i'm not in korea I am in New Zealand

That url (http://ed2k.2x4u.de/x290j1lo/min/server.met) it's not valid anymore, use the ones included with eMule Plus instead (http://corpo.free.fr/server.met & http://ocbmaurice.no-ip.org/pl/slist.pl/se...erver-good.met)
About the warning, it's because eMule Plus it's not (yet) compatible with UNICODE, not a serious issue if you don't search for files with UNICODE letters in theirs title. Nothing to worry about, search for UNICODE in the forum if you want to know more about it.

I don't know. Some users have local proxies which can block outgoing HTTP requests.
