I am downloading a file. This file has 2 sources available with parts I dont yet have. Both sources show a rating of zero under "scores". I also see a rating of 100 under "own score on remote client" What does this mean and would it explain why neither source is sending me any data despite reaching the head of the queue? If so, how can I increase my rating on these sources?
