G'Day Folks,

The Server list update from http://ocbmaurice.no-ip.org/pl/slist.pl/se...server-good.met Failed to download ?

Any other - or how do we correct or delete or use other besides the default other 2,
http://www.peerates.net/servers.php
and
http://www.gruk.org/server.met
which work OK and perform function, i.e. update the list.

Server log error message:
27/10/2008 12:22:57: Failed to download the serverlist from http://ocbmaurice.no-ip.org/pl/slist.pl/se...server-good.met

You can edit addresses.dat file in config directory if you want to change something.

Edit and or change it to what - i.e. which is an alternative that eMule accepts ?
or, just delete it and dont use it - which ?

No doubt that particular link is temporarily non-functional. That's why we have provided three links for updating server.met from URL. biggrin.gif Use any one of them.

At the same time can you look at the http://emuleplus.info/forum/http://emuleplus.info/forum/index.php?showtopic=11440 post please and tell me if this http://ocbmaurice.no-ip.org/pl/slist.pl/se...server-good.met Failed to download could have caused the Connection drop out 5 minutes later ??

Not related. That site is currently down.

About that other thing, I'm pretty sure it is due to the tcpip.sys default open concurrent connections limit. In XP and Vista it is set by default to just 10, which is just not good enough for p2p. Raise it to at least 50 (200 recommended).
