i cant connect 2 the server.

This has been covered a lot. Just search the forum for LowID. If you are connecting through a router (most ADSL modems have a router built in), then you need to do port forwarding. Very detailed, FREE instructions at http://www.portforward.com

Also search for and apply the patch for tcpip.sys (search for vista AND tcpip)
