Hello,

I changed ISP this morning, have now a cable connection (instead of a LAN connection before). Emuleplus was working fine with the old ISP, in the 1.2d release.

Cable connection => Router Linksys WRT54GL => PC

The PC has always the same IP address (192.168.1.126).

Emuleplus: ports 5000 (TCP and UPD)

Port 5000 (UDP/TCP) forwarded (enabled!) to 192.168.1.126 in the router,

BUT I still have a lowID !

I put back 1.2d to see if it would be a version problem, no. Still lowID. Seems it comes from the ISP, so. But how? Settings look correct,

Thank you for suggestions smile.gif

Cable connections sometimes do NATing to share one real IP among several subscribers. That is effectively another router in between you and the internet, only this time it is at the ISP's premises.

Try talking to them. Not about eMule Plus, of course, but say you want to host your own web page, on a small webserver like abyss and want to be able to accept incoming connections. My previous ISP used to charge a small fee for giving me a real IP instead of a NATed one.
