Ok, I've been experiencing this issue with both J and K versions. It occurs on both of my PCs. Shortly after starting up eMule the program locks up and freezes up and network applications. After the freeze up I am no longer able to use CTRL-ALT-DEL to bring up a taks manager. Also, if I click on the X on the eMule window to shut down the program I get the "Program Not Responding" error message. Even after clicking on the End Program button it still stays up and locked. Any suggestions anyone?

Are you using a Firewall?
Settings?
PC Configuration?
Server connection?
Link?

I'm sure you use zone alarm 5. If yes use the 4.5 or an other firewall.

Yes, I am using ZoneAlarm 5. Any idea how I can get an older version?

You can easily find it on the web. But you could use kerio , outpost (which i use since ZA 5) or sygate

Or replace the Razorback notice.... Razorback is back to a max of 545.000 users and hasn't reported full, when I've tried to connect for 5-6 days...
